With planning, I created recipes using Optavia Soy-free products (Some with Soy Lecithin used sparingly). I was able to release my first 100 lbs in just 6-1/2 months on Optavia! (Medifast also used) My Goal is to help others on their health journey #BeCreativelyHealthy. Over the past 15 years, the pounds continued to creep up on me until I reached my all time high weight of 205 lbs. Since then, I have lost 45 pounds on the Medifast/ Optavia plan! Anyone who knows me knows I love to cook but my love for helping others and sharing recipes is greater! OR the different combinations using Buttermilk Cheddar Herb Biscuit, Mashed Potatoes, Tomato Basil Bisque or Mac-N-Cheese to make biscuits, flatbreads, bagels AND BREAD!! Another reason I prefer to do the mix-up and split lean and greens is that it helps with. Boil elbows in highly salted water. While elbows are boiling, in large saucepan, heat butter and cheese until melted. Add 4 cups buttermilk, dry mustard and eggs. Heat until thoroughly melted and blended. Add to drained elbows. Stir together. Pepper to taste. Add more buttermilk.
Traditionally, buttermilk is the milk leftover after whole milk has been made into butter, but commercially it’s more often made by adding active buttermilk cultures to whole milk much like the yogurt process. It’s twangier and thicker than regular milk, thus it’s what makes buttermilk biscuits and buttermilk.
~Pour Pasta packet into your blender and pulverize into fine powder.
~Add the remaining ingredients and pulse, completely.
~In a small bowl, combine powder with water and mix until thick.
~Drop onto one side of your parchment sheet. Let it sit for a few minutes. ~Fold the parchment sheet over the pasta dough and spread it out. (I used my fingers at first to get it started, then my rolling pin to get it really thin.) ~Very carefully pull the top parchment paper off.
~Use your fingers to help it along if it sticks around the edge.
~Cut the extra parchment paper off so that it fits flat on a cookie sheet.
~Use a pizza cutter to score the dough into even sized pieces then use a fork to poke holes into the center of the cut dough.
*Sprinkle Parmesan and/or seasoning evenly over thin dough Bake in the oven 10-15 minutes! (They're done when they're golden brown) ENJOY!
~Whip the first 2 ingredients together then add chives and garlic. Steam Spinach just until it starts to wilt. Then add it to the Yogurt Mixture
